Where to track orders?
Use the tracking code in the order confirmation information at the tracking page. Do not share tracking codes publicly.
Can I request custom design and NDA?
Send initial descriptions via the custom design service. If the project requires confidentiality, agree and sign an NDA before sharing detailed documents.
What if I need to edit or cancel an order?
Contact the store early and provide the tracking code. The ability to adjust depends on the order processing status; see more terms of service.
