When accessing the website, you agree to use the service legally, provide accurate information when ordering or sending requests, and not interfere with the system's operation or security. Content, images, and product information on the website may only be used within the scope permitted by law or agreed upon by the store.

Prices, variations, and availability are displayed on the product page and confirmed during the checkout process. Images help illustrate the product; colors or details may vary within reasonable limits due to screen, material, and manufacturing processes.

If there are errors in product information or pricing, the store will contact you to clarify before proceeding with the order. We do not unilaterally change agreements confirmed with you.

Please provide accurate name, email, phone number, and shipping address. After placing an order, save the tracking code and check the confirmation information. If information changes are needed, contact the store as soon as possible; the ability to change depends on the order processing status.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment via PayOS. Online transactions are conducted according to the payment provider's process.

Information on amounts, shipping fees, and applicable discounts is displayed before you confirm payment. Orders can be tracked at the order tracking page.

Orders are sent to the address you provide. Time and ability to deliver depend on the area, shipping method, and actual situation; if there are issues significantly affecting the order, the store will contact you to agree on a resolution. Please check your receiving information and cooperate with the carrier when necessary.

Custom design products require the two parties to discuss and agree on the scope, requirements, costs, schedule, and related conditions before implementation. Sending a request via the form does not automatically create a commitment to perform the project.

If confidentiality is required, please propose an NDA before sending drawings or sensitive information. The NDA is only effective after the parties agree and sign a separate document. Ownership or usage rights of documents, designs, and custom products follow the specific agreement between the parties.

If you want to cancel or adjust your order, please contact the store as soon as possible and provide the tracking code. Processing depends on the order status and applicable regulations. This clause does not exclude consumer rights to returns, complaints, warranties, or other rights provided by law.

Collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. We may update terms when services or legal requirements change; the version displayed on this page is the version applicable to website use as of the update date.
