Depending on how you use the website, information may include:

• Ordering: recipient name, email, phone number, shipping address, notes, selected products, payment method, and order status.
• Custom design requests: name, email, phone number if provided, project description content, and whether you propose an NDA.
• Offer registration: email or phone number, registration source, choice to agree to receive marketing information (if any), and necessary information to check eligibility.
• Technical data: IP address may be processed to limit requests and prevent abuse. For offer registration profiles, the system saves an IP hash instead of the original IP for anti-abuse purposes.

• Receiving, confirming, processing, and delivering orders; payment reconciliation and supporting order tracking.
• Responding to service requests, sending confirmation emails, and discussing projects you propose.
• Checking offer eligibility, sending requested codes, and executing marketing information choices if you have agreed separately.

The website uses the browser's local storage to keep utility functions such as shopping cart, search history, payment information drafts, and saved shipping addresses. This information is stored on your device; you can delete it in your browser's website data settings. Clearing browser data may result in loss of cart or unsubmitted drafts.

We only share necessary information with service providers to complete the purposes mentioned above, such as: Directus system used to operate the store data; PayOS for processing online payments; Resend for sending confirmation emails and notifications; carriers receiving necessary information for delivery.

Providers may process data according to their own terms and policies. We do not require you to send payment card information via the store's forms.

Order and exchange information is stored for the time necessary to complete the transaction, after-sales support, dispute resolution, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

For contact profiles to receive offers, the system is configured with a maximum period of 180 days; when you refuse to receive marketing, the retention period for contact information is reduced to a maximum of 30 days to process the request and maintain a record of refusal. Records may be stored longer if required or permitted by law.

• Not required to provide information to receive marketing; this choice is separate from ordering.
• You can refuse or withdraw consent to receive marketing via the opt-out function in the offer form.
• You can request to access, update, or delete personal information, or ask about how information is being used.

To send a request, contact us via email or support channels displayed at the bottom of the website. We may need to verify your identity before processing. Some data may need to continue to be stored to complete the order or meet legal obligations.

We apply appropriate technical and operational measures to limit unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of data transmission or storage is absolutely secure; please do not send trade secrets or sensitive documents via regular forms.
